What is the Rep Max Challenge?

Fit Friends will select one of the two exercise challenges they want to perform and gather pledges per repetition performed (without stopping).

We strongly recommend that Fit Friends tag their supporters/pledgers when posting their attempt. Be sure to notify M.I.N.E of total number completed by email: info@strengthismine.org

M.I.N.E will be reaching out to all pledgers via Rally- Up email to notify them of the number completed and collect the total amount of the pledge owed. ​

Minimum pledge amount: $1/per rep.

Challenge: Push ups    

Objective is to see how many push ups in a row the Fit Friend can perform. Modifications welcome.

Challenge: Kettlebell swings

Total number of kettlebell swings the Fit Friend can complete without stopping.  Any size kettlebell and is allowed any you may change from double hand and single hand grip. 

Recognition

All Fit Friends will receive a banner to display on their social media or display on their website. There will be winners for each category and for most money raised.  Winners will get bragging rites and be featured on our website and social media.

Registration Pledges

Register online February 9- March 16, 2026.

Challenge will happen the week of March 16-22.  Click here to register as a Fit Friend.  Donations will be collected online via our secure portal. All donations raised will go towards supporting our program.
