Rep Max Challenge
PLEDGE REGISTRATION
Thank you for choosing to participate in “Rep Max Challenge” to benefit Muscle Inspires New Empowerment (M.I.N.E) by supporting one of our Fit Friends.
M.I.N.E believes that we all deserve equal opportunities to develop good health, a safe community, and our body’s capabilities.
We pair trauma sensitive personal trainers with low income survivors of Gender Based Violence. During a nine-week period, our survivors learn the skills and knowledge in order to conduct strength training sessions for themselves. M.I.N.E.’s approach is ground breaking and unique because the survivors (clients) are co-creators with their trainers—making them active participants in their process. Our graduating clients are empowered to access their own strength training.

All donations collected will go towards funding program costs.
By registering you agree to donate a pledge amount. All donations can be made on this website. M.I.N.E will be reaching out to all pledgers via email to notify them of the number completed and the amount owed and how to pay.

Contest Rules
Pledgers can sponsor a Fit Friend who will complete one of two challenges. If you wish to pledge, but do not know a participating Fit Friend, we can pair you with someone. You can also make a onetime donation in support of the Rep Max Challenge. The Fit Friend will choose which challenge they want to perform and gather pledges per repetition performed without stopping.
Minimum Pledge is $1/per rep
Pledgers can also choose to make a flat Donation if they wish.

Upper Body Challenge

Total number of consecutive push-ups participant can perform without stopping.

Standard only—no modifications (kneeling pushups not accepted).
Lower body Challenge
-
Total number of Kettlebell swings with a 16kg/35lb, 20kg/45lb, or 24kg/50lb Kettlebell without stopping.

Participant is allowed to change from a two hand to single hand
