What is the Rep Max Challenge?
Pledgers can sponsor a Fit Friend who will complete one of two challenges.
The Fit Friend will choose which one of the two exercise challenges they want to perform and gather pledges per repetition performed (without stopping).
Minimum pledge amount: $1/per rep.

Challenge: Push ups
Objective is to see how many standard push ups in a row the Fit Friend can perform. (All styles and modifications are welcome

Challenge: Kettlebell swings
Total number of kettlebell swings the Fit Friend can complete without stopping. Any size kettlebell is allowed. You may to change from double hand and single hand grip.
Recognition
Video attempts to post on social media are encouraged but not mandatory. There will be winners for most money raised by an individual and team. Winners will get bragging rites and be featured on our website and social media
Registration and Pledges
Register online February 9 - March 16, 2026. Challenge will happen the week of March 16. Choose to register as a Pledger. Donations will be collected online via our secure portal. All monies raised will go towards supporting our program.
